  • How do I know when my order has been received?
    A confirmation email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed. Another email will be sent once the packaged has been shipped.
  • Which methods of payment do you accept online?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards & Apple Pay. All payments are handled securely by our dedicated payment gateway provider.
  • How and when will my purchases be delivered?
    Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be made by hand, as every item is made to order. We aim to deliver your order within 4-5 working days, sent as a Signed For Royal Mail delivery.   • What if I’m not in when you deliver?
    If you are not there to receive and your delivery, then our delivery company will leave a card, normally saying the package can be picked up from the nearest depot or asking you to reschedule the delivery. If you would like the courier or a post man to leave the item in a secure location, please use your tracking number to amend your delivery.
  • Do you deliver to other countries besides the UK?
    We hope to soon! As we are a young company we are taking the time to establish ourselves in our local market first. But we are on a mission to make Bon Bohème international as soon as possible. Watch this space!
  • How do I look after my Jewellery?
    We take great care and pride in using only highest quality materials to ensure you have the best experience wearing Bon Bohème. To keep your 18k gold plated pieces looking fresh and beautiful: Please do not expose your jewellery to water or chemicals such as perfumes, household cleaning products to avoid tarnishing. Applying chemicals directly to your jewels can cause discolouration. Please avoid wearing any of our pieces to bed as each item is delicately beaded by hand and this could increase the chance of it getting caught and snapping. Please keep your piece in its fairtrade cotton pouch to help protect it from any scratches to prolong its lifespan.
  • What is your Returns Policy?
    Our pieces are handmade to order and we take great care to ensure all purchases are checked so they meet the highest standards in quality before we ship. We therefore can only offer a refund for the following reasons: - If the product is faulty on arrival (eg. damage caused during shipping) - If a fault develops within 14 days that was not caused by accidental damage, misuse or general wear & tear. If you have any concerns or would like to report an issue, please inform us straight away at info@bonboheme.com and kindly include a photo of the damage. Please be aware you can not return pierced jewellery, like earrings, due to health and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.   • How long might a refund take?
    As soon as we have received the returned products, and checked that they are in their original condition, our team will be in-touch to notify you. We aim to process all refunds within 3 business days, however refunds might take longer during busy periods.
  • How do I return my order?

  • What are cookies and how are they used on this site?

  • Do you take steps to reduce harm to the environment?
    We will always do my best to minimise Bon Bohème's impact on our planet, it's incredible wonders have been such an inspiration to this brand's identity and will define our purpose more and more as we grow. We source only the highest quality materials such as Grade A freshwater gemstones & pearls and support small scale, independent & local suppliers wherever possible. We have eliminated the use of plastic at every opportunity and have removed it from our packaging completely. As we progress we will be committed to increasing the amount of ethically & sustainably sourced materials used across all of our products as quickly as possible.
