Returns Policy

If you have received a damaged or faulty item and have purchased it via our website, please contact us at including a photo on the day of arrival. We ask for returns to be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. 


Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Upon the receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to check for any faults and if the item is damaged we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund if the item is not damaged as items are made to order. 


We strongly advise all customers to return any items to us by ‘signed for’ delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. 

Please note it can take up to 10 days for your order to reach our studio and be processed but we will always endeavour to complete returns as quickly as possible.

Delivery will be within 3-5 business days, a flat rate of £3.99 per order will be charged. Please note all orders placed after 12pm on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday to Friday.


Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.


Credit or Debit Card - We will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.

PayPal - Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
