Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your Bon Bohème jewellery. If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we will accept returns for items that arrive faulty, subject to the terms below.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Made-to-Order & Commissioned Pieces

Each made-to-order or commissioned piece is handcrafted just for you. Because of their bespoke nature, these items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once your order has been confirmed and paid.

Returns for Damaged Items
  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged.

  • You must request a return authorisation number within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving your return number.

  • All returns must follow the process outlined below.

How to Return a Damaged Item
  1. Request a Return Number
    Email info@bonboheme.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Package Your Return Securely
    Repack the item in its original box with protective padding to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Send Using a Tracked Service
    Use a secure, trackable postal or courier service:

  • UK returns: Tracked delivery is required.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of all items. Bon Bohème is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
